Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of damp heat and blood stasis type of chronic pelvic pain treated by the modified Nei Yi-ting formula in multi-way combination therapy, that is taking the formula by oral、enema and acupoint iontophoresis, then to provide a basis of feasible comprehensive therapy for clinic and create a new treatment approach of traditional chinese medicine.Methods:60 patients included in the standard are collected and randomly divided into three groups. Each group has 20 cases. The treatment group is treated with the modified Nei Yi-ting formula by oral、enema and acupoint iontophoresis. The control group ①group is treated with the modified Nei Yi-ting formula by oral. The control group ②group is treated with the modified Nei Yi-ting formula by oral and enema. To compare the changes of the degree of pain,TCM symptoms、signs and etc before and after treatment. Results:Three groups of pain integal、TCM symptoms integal、signs integal and total integral are significantly reduced compared with before treatment, and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment, three groups of pain integal are followed respectively:treatment group:0.95±1.36,control group ①group:2.35±1.60,control group ②group:1.35±1.04.The treatment group compared with two control groups has statistically significant(P<0.05),but two control groups ①and②do not have statistically significant(P> 0.05).After treatment, three groups of comprehensive efficacy rate are followed respectively:treatment group:90%,control group ①group:75%,control group ②group:85%. The treatment group compared with the control group ①group has statistically significant(P<0.05),but has no statistically significant(P>0.05) compared with the control group ②group. Two control groups ①and②do not have statistically significant(P>0.05) in comprehensive efficacy rate. After treatment, three groups of TCM symptom efficacy rate are followed respectively:treatment group:85%,control group ①group:65%,control group ②group:80%. The treatment group compared with the control group ①group has statistically significant(P<0.05),but has no statistically significant(P>0.05) compared with the control group ②group. Two control groups ①and②do not have statistically significant(P>0.05) in TCM symptom efficacy rate. After treatment, three groups of sign efficacy rate are followed respectively:treatment group:77.8%,control group ①group:66.7%,control group (2)group:73.7%. Three groups have no statistically significant(P>0.05).Three groups of patients in the clinical treatment and after treatment have no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion:The modified Nei Yi-ting formula has a certain clinical curative effect in treating damp heat and blood stasis type of chronic pelvic pain.It can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve related symptoms and signs, and is suitable for a variety of different treatment approaches, such as oral、enema and acupoint iontophoresis. The modified Nei Yi-ting formula in multi-way combination therapy, including oral、enema and acupoint iontophoresis, has the advantages in the treatment, and is worth clinical application and further promotion.
