The Clinical Observation Of Chai Ting Danshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease, Heart Failure, Qi Stagnation, Blood Stasis, And Water Cessation Syndrome

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chai Ting Dan Shen Yin in treating heart failure due to coronary heart disease with Stagnation of qi,blood stasis and water retention,and provide new options for clinical prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods: 64 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure due to qi stagnation,blood stasis and water retention were divided into two groups of32 patients following the principle of random control.Ensure that there is no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,gender,cardiac function classification,TCM syndromes,etc.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine.The treatment group was treated with oral Chai Ting Dan Shen Yin on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The treatment period was 1 month.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients,laboratory tests,the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale and other data were collected to determine the clinical efficacy and safety of Chai Ting Dan Shen Yin.Results: Sixty-four patients were enrolled in this test,of which 4 did not complete the observation test due to reasons such as not taking drugs according to regulations and breaking away from contact.Finally,a total of60 patients were included in the medical statistics,including 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.The research results show that the treatment group has certain advantages in improving cardiac function,curative effect of TCM syndromes,NT-pro BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction and Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale,and has good safety.During the clinical observation,except for one subject in the control group and two subjects in the treatment group who started taking drugs,slight dizziness occurred,and no adverse reactions occurred in the remaining subjects.Conclusion: Chai Ting Dan Shen Yin can improve the cardiac function classification,TCM syndrome,NT-pro BNP and LVEF of patients with coronary heart disease,heart failure,qi stagnation,blood stasis and water retention syndrome,and improve the quality of life of patients.Chai Ting Dan Shen Yin is safe to take and has no obvious adverse reactions.
