Clinical Study Of Treating Diabetis(Deficiency Of Qi And Yin Syndromes)by Xiaokean Decoction's Addition-subtraction Method

Purpose: Through clinical research,Objective and scientific evaluation XiaoKe-An ‘s soup treatment of collateral(syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin)clinical efficacy and safety,in the meantime,The application advantages of traditional Chinese medicine can To improve diabetes symptoms,however,also can effectively alleviate the patients' life existence and raise their quality of life,Provide new idea and method of clinical treatment of diabetes.Method: The study subjects were selected from 60 cases of diabetes patients in the south of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital and diabetes treatment area.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the study group,30 cases in each group.Patients in the study group to be Erxian Xiaoke Decoction in the treatment of ANN,and patients in control group were given Shenqi Jiangtang granule in the treatment,the observation of two groups of patients with blood glucose and lipid control the situation,determine the overall treatment effect.Result: By after treatment,Two groups of patients in the thirsty to drink more,feed more easy hunger,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,night sweating,lazy words GanYan dry mouth differences statistically significant,the corresponding symptoms than the control group obviously improved group patients.But in the five upset hot,god fatigue,lumbar debilityspontaneous perspiration and night sweat changes showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).After the treatment,the two groups of patients with fasting and postprandial 2H plasma glucose metabolism group compared with a significant difference(P < 0.05),the study group was significantly better than the control group after treatment,two groups of patients with TC,TG level between group statistical comparisons of the results with significant difference(P < 0.05),the study group was significantly better than the control group.After treatment,the study group were markedl12 cases were markedly improved after treatment,the team patients,14 cases,invalid effective,total effective rate 86.67%,obviously better than the control group(P < 0.05),statistically significant difference;significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),the difference has statistical significance;the two groups of patients were not the occurrence of adverse events.Conclusion: Xiaokean Decoction in improving the symptoms of diabetes hasoutstanding advantages for patients with better control of blood glucose,blood lipid levels.It is easy to be accepted by the majority of patients,improve the treatment compliance,reduce the long-term blood sugar control process may appear serious adverse reactions.
