| Object: Evaluation of observation/Ann capsule on type 2 diabetes mellitus pretibial pigment spots qi and Yin deficiency of blood stasis resistance type winding the clinical curative effect and the change of observation indexes before and after treatment.Methods: Selection standard of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes pretibial pigment spots, according to random number table will conform to the standards of cases was divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group: basic treatment(oral medications or insulin injections) + / capsule, control group: the foundation treatment. Treatment: three treatments(4 weeks as a course). In TCM syndrome integral, blood lipid(TC, LDL), hemorrheology(whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity) and observe the curative effect and changes in patients with symptoms and signs.The results:(1) TC, LDL comparison between the two groups before treatment, no statistical significance(P > 0.05), comparable. TC, LDL, the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment, no statistical significance(P > 0.05), TC, LDL comparison between the two groups after treatment has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(2) plasma viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity in the treatment group after treatment compared with before treatment, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant; Whole blood high shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity in treatment group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Whole blood high shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity in the control group after treatment compared with the control group before treatment, P > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference.(3) the two groups before treatment of TCM syndrome integral is no statistical significance(P > 0.05); The two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral treatment comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Treatment group after treatment of TCM syndrome integral decreased more significantly than control group compared with control group of TCM syndrome integral was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Syndromes was 4, the treatment group total effective rate was 86.7%, control group total effective rate was 20.0%, the more similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Xiaokean capsule can improve type 2 diabetes pretibial pigment spots qi and Yin deficiency of blood stasis resistance collaterals in patients with clinical symptoms. Diabetes, Ann capsule can reduce the patients’ blood plasma viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity index, etc. |
