| Purpose: To observe the clinical research,objective evaluation of Xiaokean Qizhu Decoction in the treatment of diabetes disease(Qi and yin deficiency with blood stasis)the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the symptoms and make a reasonable evaluation on glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,broaden the ideas and new ways to develop Chinese Medicine for the treatment of diabetes.Method: 60 diabetic patients were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Guoyitang South studio and four diabetes treatment area,the subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases of 30 cases.With strictly abide by the "a eight" control standard,and strictly control the basic diet,reasonable exercise,the treatment group was given Xiaokean Qizhu decoction,the control group was given oral administration of Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets,the efficacy of the two groups were observed after treatment.Result: After treatment,12 patients in the treatment group were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,ineffective in all cases,the total effective rate was 76.7%.Patients in the control group were markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 13 cases,ineffective in 9 cases,the total effective rate was 70%.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the overall curative effect,but the treatment group had obvious advantages compared with the control group.Conclusion: Xiaokean Qizhu decoction can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of diabetes patients,but also has obvious curative effect for the treatment of metabolic disorders,with a delayed action for complications in patients with diabetes mellitus.Traditional Chinese medicine decoction Xiaokean Qizhu decoction,clinical curative effect,clinical research and promotion value. |
