Clinical Observation And Research On Qixi Xiaokean Decoction In Treating Xiaoke(Qi And Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective:Taking patients with type 2 diabetes with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome as the research object,the clinical efficacy of Qixi Xiaokean Decoction in the treatment of this disease,as well as its feasibility theory and method were explored.Methods:Seventy-two outpatients were to be observed.Randomized controlled methods were used to divide clinical patients who met the enrollment criteria into treatment groups and control groups equally.Diabetes education was given to both groups of patients,and the instructor's self-designed diet and exercise requirements were managed.The treatment group was given Qixi Xiaokean Decoction.The control group was given metformin hydrochloride tablets.Four weeks was a course of treatment and two consecutive courses of treatment.The symptoms,signs,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin were analyzed before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results: The total effective rate before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 84.4% higher than the control group's 70.0%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin of the two groups were compared between before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in TCM symptom score,fasting blood glucose,and 2h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05).In this study,there were no significant changes in the safety indexes of the treatment group and the control group,suggesting that the use of Qixi Xiaokean Decoction is safe and effective.Conclusion: Qixi Xiaokean Decoction for the treatment of Xiaoke with deficiency of qi and yin and blood stasis syndrome can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce blood sugar,and has good curative effect and safety.It has extensive clinical promotion value.
