The Clinical Research Of Xiaokean Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetes Of Yin Deficiency And Heat And Blood Stasis

Purpose: By observing the xiaokean decoction scorching fasting blood glucose ofpatients with blood stasis syndrome,2h postprandial blood glucose, blood lipids and the effectof Chinese medicine symptom integral, scientific interpretation on the efficacy and safety ofthe treatment of diabetes, which will provide a scientific basis for traditional Chinesemedicine treatment of diabetes.Method:This study adopts the method of randomized controlled trial,72patients wererandomly divided into treatment group (group/Ann soup) and control group (group metforminhydrochloride),4weeks for1treatment period, after3treatment period of, compared the twogroups of patients before and after the treatment on an empty stomach blood sugar,2hpostprandial blood glucose, blood lipids and the change of Chinese medicine symptomintegral and the comparison between the two groups of patients after treatment thebiochemical indexes of differences.Result:Treatment group total effective rate was80.6%, control group total effective ratewas75%, but treatment group curative effect on TCM symptoms improved significantlybetter than control group (p>0.05); TCM symptoms before and after treatment in treatmentgroup were improved significantly, which on easy hungry thirsty drink, food, defecate is dry,five upset hot four symptom such as improve the most significant (p <0.001); Compare twogroups after treatment symptoms integral, in addition to the thirsty drink more improved,numbness symptoms has no obvious difference (p>0.05), and other symptoms improved intreatment group were superior to control group, and languid symptoms in treatment groupthan the control group improved more significantly (p <0.01); Two groups of treatment are toadjust the role of sugar, lipid metabolism in diabetic patients, and compared two groups,treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group (p <0.05); In the twogroups before and after treatment,2h postprandial blood glucose and fasting glucose TG and TC were decreased significantly, the indicators to compare two groups after treatment werevery different, and in postprandial blood sugar and TG for2h (p <0.001).Conclusion:Ann decoction can regulate diabetes, fasting blood sugar,2h postprandialblood glucose and blood fat, can obviously improve clinical symptoms of TCM in diabeticpatients, and safe and reliable.
