Clinical Study Of Treating Diabetis(Deficiency Of Qi And Yin Syndromes) By Ziyin Clear Heat,Qi And Nourishing Yin Method

Purpose:Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of thirst.Through clinical research,objective scientific evaluation is made on the clinical efficacy and safety of professor Nanzheng,a tutor,in the treatment of thirst(deficiency of qi and yin)by applying the method of nourishing yin and clearing heat and nourishing qi and nourishing yin.Method:60 cases the object of study in jilin province,a professor at the hospital have studio and endocrine therapy area,would be in into the group of patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in treatment group patients with diabetes,Ann decoction,the control group patients with acarbose tablets treatment,both groups for 2 months of treatment,the symptoms of patients after treatment was observed,at the same time record two groups of patients' blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid changes,to judge the curative effect of the two groups.Result:After treatment,the treatment group total effectiveness 83.33%,after statistics calculation(P<0.05,the treatment group was better than control group.Team in thirsty to drink more,five upset hot,fatigue,since god night sweats,mouth GanYan dry treatment effect than that in control group patients significantly reduce,and the rest of the observed symptoms change had no significant difference(P>0.05).Treatment group on an empty stomach,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,TC,TG,down significantly better than the control group.Mentor adopts nourish Yin to clear heat,qi and the soup to improve the symptoms of diabetes,diabetes,Ann,no obvious adverse reactions,and curative effect,safe and reliable.Conclusion:Ziyin clear heat,qi and nourishing Yin method in improving the symptoms of diabetes has outstanding advantages for patients with better control of blood glucose,blood lipid levels.It is easy to be accepted by the majority of patients,improve the treatment compliance,reduce the long-term blood sugar control process may appear serious adverse reactions.
