| Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqi decoction in the treatment of deficiency of both qi and Yin and blood stasis,and to improve the quality of life of patients and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes.Method: The subjects were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the 60 diabetic patients in the diabetes treatment area.All the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Shenqi decoction(ingredients: Ginseng 10 g,medlar 15 g,Astragalus 50 g,Huang Jing 50 g,born 15 g 15g 10 g,polygonatum odoratum,Coptis chinensis,Salvia 10 g,Pueraria 10 g,Perrin 10 g,Magnolia 10 g,licorice 5g)Decoction,the control group was treated with Shenqi Jiangtang granule(Shandong Lu Nan Houpu pharmaceutical limited company,batch number: Zhunzi Z10950075,ginseng,Schisandra,astragalus,yam,rehmannia,medlar)treatment,observe two groups of patients with fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid control,determine the overall therapeutic effect.Result: After treatment,two groups of patients with thirst and polydipsia,polyphagia and hungry,five upset hot,dark red tongue and numbness were statistically significant differences between the corresponding symptoms in patients with experimental group than in the control group were significantly improved.But there was no significant difference between the changes in the shortness of breath,lassitude,spontaneous sweating etc.(P > 0.05);the two groups of patients after treatment,fasting and postprandial 2H blood glucose level between two groups had significant difference(P < 0.05),the experimental group was significantly better than the control group;after treatment,two group TC,the metabolism of TG between two groups statistical results compared with significant difference(P < 0.05),the experimental group was significantly better than the control group;after treatment,experimental group 13 cases,12 cases were effective,5 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 83.3%,significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),with statistically significant differences;the two groups were no adverse events.Conclusion: Shenqi decoction can effectively improve the patients with blood stasis syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin with diabetes thirsty,polydipsia,polyphagia and hungry,five upset hot,dark red tongue,numbness and other symptoms.Shenqi decoction can effectively reduce the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2H blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level in patients with diabetes mellitus,and has good hypoglycemic effect.Shenqi decoction can effectively regulate the TC and TG metabolism level of diabetes with deficiency of both qi and Yin and blood stasis syndrome,and improve the abnormal blood lipid.It can prevent and cure diabetes and heart disease.Shenqi decoction can obviously improve the clinical curative effect of diabetes patients with deficiency of both qi and Yin and blood stasis syndrome,and has good safety,good treatment compliance,and is beneficial to promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. |
