Shendi Xiaokean Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetes Disease (Liver Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome ) Clinical Observation And Research

Objective: This topic uses Nanshi's "three methods as one method" as the basis of treatment,and it is selected from the intended to participate in Xiaokeantang.By collecting and grouping its cases,observing and comparing the clinical symptoms and indicators of patients before and after treatment,and adopting scientific methods for statistical analysis to study and explore the clinical effect of Shendi Xiaokean Decoction in treating diabetic diseases(deficiency of liver,kidney and yin),which is widely It is used in clinical practice to provide factual evidence and hope that more patients with diabetes can benefit.Methods: Sixty cases to be observed were selected from the Diabetes Inpatient Department of Jilin Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Professor Nan Zheng's Studio of the National Medical Hall of this hospital from July 2018 to November2019.Statistics SPSS randomized control method was divided into control group and treatment group 30 cases each.Both groups strictly abide by the "one rule and eight methods" control mechanism and control diet and exercise to reduce external uncertainties.On this basis,the treatment group was given the decoction Shendi Xiaokean Decoction(ingredients:15g of Radix Adenophorae,20 g of Shengdi,10 g of wolfberry,10 g of angelica,10 g of Coptis chinensis,10 g of pueraria root,10 g of bamboo,10 g of Salvia miltiorrhiza,5g of neemberry,Digu skin 10 g,licorice 5g)plus or minus treatment,the control group oral metformin hydrochloride tablets.Four weeks are a course of treatment,and a total of 3 courses of treatment are observed.At the end of the treatment period,the changes in symptoms of the patients before and after treatment were compared,and the laboratory indexes such as FBG,PBG,HbAlc,TC,and TG changed.And statistical analysis to determine the overall treatment effect.Results:After SPSS treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group under the practice of Shendi Xiaoke Antang was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P <0.05).After treatment,the two groups of patients scored in TCM symptoms,FBG,PBG,HbAlc,TC,TG were statistically significant,and the treatmentgroup was better than the control group.During this course of treatment,one patient in the reference group developed mild anorexia and loose stool symptoms,and the symptoms disappeared after taking the medication regularly.Before and after treatment,the safety indicators such as liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were not significantly abnormal.Conclusion: Experimental results show that Shendi Xiaokean Decoction is an effective method for the treatment of diarrhea(deficiency of liver,kidney and yin),and the overall clinical efficacy is better than metformin tablets.For the relief of the patient's symptoms,Shendi Xiaokean Decoction has outstanding advantages.In addition,it also has a therapeutic effect on its combined abnormal blood lipid metabolism,thereby delaying the progress of the disease,improving its quality of life,and exerting the advantages of long-term efficacy,which is worthy of reference.
