Clinical Study Of Treating Diabetis(Deficiency Of Qi And Yin With Blood Stasis Syndromes)by Erxian Xiaokean Decoction

Purpose: Observation Erxian Xiaokean Decoction on deficiency of both qi and Yin carrying the clinical efficacy and safety of blood stasis diabetes make an objective and scientific evaluation and improve the symptoms of diabetes,reduce and delay the complications,improve the quality of life of patients,prolong life,add life confidence and better use the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Method: The study subjects were selected from 60 cases of diabetes patients in the south of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital and diabetes treatment area.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the study group,30 cases in each group.Patients in the study group to be Erxian Xiaoke Decoction in the treatment of ANN,and patients in control group were given Shenqi Jiangtang granule in the treatment,the observation of two groups of patients with blood glucose and lipid control the situation,determine the overall treatment effect.Result: By after treatment,two groups of patients in the thirsty to drink,eat easy to hunger,five upset hot,tongue color dark,limb numbness,etc.are statistically significant differences,corresponding symptoms to patients in the study group than in the control group were significantly improved.Metabolic;but in shortness of breath,lazy words,lassitude,spontaneous perspiration and night sweat changes showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).After the treatment,the two groups of patients with fasting and postprandial 2H plasma glucose metabolism group compared with a significant difference(P < 0.05),the study group was significantly better than the control group after treatment,two groups of patients with TC,TG level between group statistical comparisons of the results with significant difference(P <0.05),the study group was significantly better than the control group.After treatment,the study group were markedly effective in 19 cases,effective in 9 cases,invalid in 2 cases,the total efficiency was 86.67%,significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),the difference has statistical significance;the two groups of patients were not the occurrence of adverse events.Conclusion: Erxian Xiaokean Decoction in improving the symptoms of diabetes has outstanding advantages for patients with better control of blood glucose,blood lipid levels.Itis easy to be accepted by the majority of patients,improve the treatment compliance,reduce the long-term blood sugar control process may appear serious adverse reactions.
