Xiaokean Jiawei Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetes Disease(Qi And Yin Deficiency With Blood Stasis)Clinical Observation And Research

Objective:through the collection,grouping,observation and research of clinical cases,the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Xiaoke an soup in the clinical treatment of thirst disease(Qi Yin deficiency and stasis syndrome)was synthetically evaluated by medical perspective and scientific basis in order to further verify its medical application value and clinical value.Jiawei Xiaoke an soup is an effective prescription for the treatment of thirst and yin deficiency syndrome through clinical experience and treatment effect for many years.In view of its good effect in clinical application,it has been widely used in clinic to provide practical basis,so the corresponding clinical research has been carried out.Methods:60 cases were observed and divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group by SPSS random control method.All cases were from January 2016 to October 2017,the Department of endocrinology in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the studio of Professor Nanzheng in our hospital.The two groups of diagnosis and syndrome are all patients with diabetes,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Experimental group:oral Jiawei Xiaoke Antang,three times a day,each time 120ml,after meals warm clothes;control group drugs:Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets(Sino-US Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Chinese medicine H20023370)0.5g,2 times daily,with the meal.The two groups were strictly managed according to the dietary and sports requirements of the tutor,and 1 months(4 weeks)were a course of treatment.2 to 3 courses of treatment could be continuously treated according to the needs of the disease.The improvement of the symptoms after treatment was observed and the 2H blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the two groups were recorded and evaluated by medical statistics.The specific data were analyzed and the curative effect was evaluated.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was statistically better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the effects of thirst drinking,five heart trouble,fatigue,sweating and sweating,dry mouth and dry pharynx were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was no significant difference in the rest of the observation symptoms(P>0.05).Fasting,postprandial 2H blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group.There was no obvious abnormality in routine blood routine test,urine routine test,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram.Conclusion:according to the final data of the experiment,the effective rate of treating diabetes in the treatment group is up to 90%,which is far higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there is no adverse reaction.It can be seen that Jiawei Xiaoke an soup in the clinical treatment process can play the advantages of high short-term effect,no obvious adverse reaction,effective,safe and reliable,with extensive clinical value.
