With the development of society and the advancement of technology, people's requirements for health are increasing, and medical staff bear huge responsibility and pressure. From the perspective of positive psychology, this study discusses the psychosocial safety climate's contribution to improve the work engagement level of medical staff. Taking the PSC-12, JCQ and UWES as measuring tools, the study analyzes survey results with variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods. Based on the literature review and theoretical analysis of the three research variables, we conduct the following empirical researches:(1)To examine the differences of the medical staff psychosocial safety climate, job resources and work engagement in different demographic variables.(2)To analyze the relationship of medical staff psychosocial safety climate, job resources and work engagement.(3)To explore the mediation role of job resources between medical staff psychosocial safety climate and work engagement. The results show:(1)The medical staff psychosocial safety climate, job resources and work engagement are all in medium-high level.(2)The medical staff psychosocial safety climate, job resources and work engagement exist significant differences in part of demographic variables.(3)The medical staff psychosocial safety climate and job resources are positively correlated.(4)The medical staff psychosocial safety climate and work engagement are positively correlated.(5)The medical staff job resources and work engagement are positively correlated.(6)Job resources play a partial intermediary role between the medical staff psychosocial safety climate and work engagement. The research results indicate that: Psychosocial safety climate is indeed a positive factor to improve the work engagement level of medical staff, and creating good psychosocial safety climate in the workplace can arouse the vitality and enthusiasm of the medical staff. These conclusions not only enrich the work engagement theory, but also lay foundation for further study of psychosocial safety climate under the theory and practice in our country, so as to improve and develop the theoretical framework of occupational health psychology.
