Engagement issue has gradually become a new hot spot in the field of organizational behavioral science and human resource management for researching. Engagement quality and spirit is seen as a scarce resource in today’s society, and being related research in the field of great importance. Engagement is the key factor affecting performance of organization and individuals, low employee engagement bring loss to the enterprise as much as the impact of staff turnover. Refer to the foreign employee engagement, overall low level of engagement of employees in China, stated company suffered some losses, but it also means that enterprise intrinsic have a huge amounts of employee performance potential yet to be developed. Therefore, it’s an enterprise test that how to excavate such potential, the enterprises need to pay more efforts to actively and properly.The ultimate pursuit of corporate operations is to retain core competencies, in order to facilitate their continued development and enterprise competitiveness, performance gains, and driving force of sustainable development come from various positions dedicated employees. Today more and more businesses bear the brunt of losses that high loss rate of employees, low innovation power and low quality. Especially in recent years the public hospital reform process accelerated, led private hospital human resources cost corresponding increased, talents have gained tremendous shocks, and brings series of problem restriction with private enterprise of further development, while which many enterprises take measures to improve employees dedicated degrees. But the results are difficult to reach.The study provides, the structure of three dimensions-job involvement, organizational identification, the pursuit of development-engagement of medical staff, and the structure of five dimensions-the factors of personal and salary, organizational atmosphere, occupation development, occupation environment-the influence factors of engagement. According to the results of the survey, overall the medical staff of Jing Dong Zhong Mei hospital engagement level is relatively high.there are difference of medical staff engagement and its latitude in different individual characteristic variables. Finally, the study provide some relevant measures from the organization and the engagement of staff.Hope that this research can enrich the study of system theory of employee engagement in China, and provide useful guidance for enhancing the medical staff engagement in practice.
