Obiective:This study from the National Natural Science Foundation lesson: "phlegm medicine multiple pathways that regulate fibrosis research antioxidant mechanisms among lung", aims to explore a single flavor phlegm from Vascular endothelial growth factor, inflammatory cytokines, oxidative stress, and other multi-angle Chinese herbs before white on bleomycin-induced effects and mechanism of interstitial lung disease in rats, hoping to explore new ideas in clinical treatment, reinforce the theoretical basis for further clinical guidance.Methods:Literature search and analysis before selecting single herb medicine white phlegm, subjects select SPF level healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: control group, interstitial lung disease model group(A), pirfenidone group(Y group), the white former low concentration group(S), the white former concentration group(T group), the white former high concentration group(U group).After adaptive feeding rats were intratracheal instillation of bleomycin method to establish rat model of interstitial lung disease, and appropriate experimental intervention study drug orally.Fur gloss observed and recorded every day in rats, lips, nose color, on the outside of the sensitivity of the reaction, activity, weight, breathing, eating, breathing and death situation.The rats were sacrificed on day 28, the removal of the lung was observed after using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect rat lung tissue homogenates VEGF, PPAR?, TNF-? expression levels, the chemical assay in large rat lung tissue homogenate SOD, MDA content.Results and Conclusions:The results showed that the drug treatment group, including white former high school low concentration group, pirfenidone group of rats symptoms of interstitial lung disease and the detection of indicators showed significant improvement compared with the model group, before the white tips of bleomycin hormone-induced interstitial lung disease have a therapeutic effect in rats, and its mechanism may reduce pulmonary vascular remodeling by suppressing fibroblast growth, anti-inflammatory, regulating oxidant / antioxidant imbalance pathway, inhibiting, or delay the development of interstitial lung disease.
