Objective:This study established rat model of interstitial lung disease through animal experiments, viewed from oxidative stress, cytokines, immunity, and gene expression analysis of the role of Pangdahai on interstitial lung disease in rats and its mechanism.Methods:According to the National Natural Science Foundation of China(81273704) " Traditional Chinese medicine of phlegm regulates pulmonary fibrosis antioxidant mechanisms at multiple pathways of research " subject requirements, selects Pangdahai to investigate the intervention of bleomycin-induced interstitial lung disease in rats.The animal studies selected 60 clean healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: Blank control group?Interstitial lung disease model group?Pirfenidone group?High concentrations of Pangdahai group?Middle concentration of Pangdahai group?Low concentrations of Pangdahai group. Adaptive feeding three days, using intratracheal instillation of bleomycin rat model methods interstitial lung disease, and appropriate medication orally intervene. The rats were sacrificed on day 28.We observe pathological changes of lung tissue from rats in the light microscope, detect the expression levels of rat lung tissue in each group such as TGF-?1?VEGF?PPAR? by ELISA, using the method of chemiluminescence method to detect the content of GSH,SOD in the lung tissue.Results:After the comprehensive treatment of the rats in general,lung tissue pathological changes and laboratory results of indicators,there are different degrees of improvement than before.Conclusion:we found that Pangdahai may restrain collagen deposition,improve airway remodeling,inhibit angiogenesis,correct unbalanced oxidation/antioxidation system and so on many kinds of ways to play role for the treatment of interstitial lung disease.Low and middle concentrations of Pangdahai group and Pirfenidone group curative effect is relatively good.
