This study established rat model of interstitial lung disease through animal experiments, viewed from many angles pathology, cytokines, immunity, oxidative stress and gene expression analysis of the role of Chuanxiong on interstitial lung disease in rats and its mechanism.Through literature retrieval and data analysis results, We selected Chuanxiong as the research object of this experiment. The animal studies selected 70 clean healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: Blank control group、Interstitial lung disease model group、High concentrations of Chuanxiong group、Middle concentration of Chuanxiong group、Low concentrations of Chuanxiong group、Pirfenidone group、Acetylcysteine plus azathioprine plus prednisone composite group. Adaptive feeding three days, using intratracheal instillation of bleomycin rat model methods interstitial lung disease, and appropriate medication orally intervene. The rats were sacrificed on day 28, We pathological changes of lung tissue of rats in the light microscope, detect the expression levels of rat abdominal aorta in each group serum IL-8 and I-type collagen by ELISA, using the method of PCR to detect expression levels of VEGF-mRNA and TGF-β1mRNA in the lung tissue,detection the content of SOD,MDA in the lung tissue by sing chemiluminescence method.Between groups of rats after comprehensive use of general situation, the lung tissue pathological changes and laboratory results of the indicators, we found that Chuanxiong can reduce pulmonary inflammation, restrain collagen deposition, improve airway remodeling, inhibit angiogenesis, correcting unbalanced oxidation/antioxidation system and so on many kinds of ways to play role for the treatment of interstitial lung disease. High concentrations of Chuanxiong group and Pirfenidone group curative effect is relatively good, and were superior to middle and low concentration of Chuanxiong group and composite group.
