This study through the establishment of experimental animal matter pulmonary disease rat model, from the perspective of Pathology, cytokines, immune, oxidative stress and gene expression were observed effects of ginseng on interstitial lung disease in rats and its mechanism analysisThrough data retrieval, data analysis, and preliminary experimental results, We selected Ginseng as the research object of this experiment. Animal experiments were selected from 70 clean grade healthy male Wistar rats and were randomly divided into 7 groups: Blank control group、Interstitial lung disease model group、High concentrations of ginseng group、The concentration of ginseng group、Low concentrations of ginseng group、Pirfenidone group、Acetylcysteine plus azathioprine plus prednisone composite group. After 3 days adaptive feeding, using the method of intratracheal instillation of bleomycin to establish quality pulmonary disease rat model, and give the corresponding drugs by intragastric administration to intervene. Rats in each group were sacrificed at 28 d. Changes of the pathology of the lung tissue of rats of each group was observed with optical microscope, chemical fluorescence was detected in rat lung tissue SOD, MDA content and ELISA detected in rat abdominal aorta serum IL-8 and type I collagen expression levels, the PCR method to detect lung tissue VEGF, TGF beta 1 expression, immune group of the expression level of MMP-9 in lung tissues was observed.The results of animal experiments show that after the application of ginseng, the lung tissue and pathological changes of the measured parameters were significantly improved compared with the model group. The concentration of ginseng group than in the composite group, the high concentration of ginseng group, the therapeutic effect of low concentrations of ginseng group better, no significant difference between pirfenidone group. Qi ginseng drugs that show therapeutic effect of interstitial lung disease in rats significantly, the mechanism may reduce inflammation and improve airway function in rats, rats with interstitial lung disease and improve immunity, correcting its oxidation-antioxidant imbalance, to some extent, improve angiogenesis interstitial lung disease in rats and so on.
