Objective:By testing with interstitial lung disease as the starting performance of connective tissue disease of serum KL-6,the expression of EGF and VEGF levels, and analyze its correlation with the clinical data, further explore its connective tissue interstitial lung disease related to the value of early diagnosis and evaluation of prognosis.Methods:(1)From June 2019 to November 2020,47 patients with connective tissue-related interstitial lung disease and 26 patients with connective tissue disease without interstitial lung disease were collected, and 8 healthy subjects were recruited as control group. The general clinical data, laboratory examination results, lung function indexes and other clinical data were collected and analyzed by statistical software.(2)Collected above, fasting venous blood in patients with serum was isolated, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect each group subjects of serum KL-6,EGF and VEGF and analyzed by statistical software.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in gender and age distribution among CTD-ILD group,CTD group and HC group(P > 0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in hs CRP,D-dimer,ESR,Ig M,Ig A,Ig G,C3 and C4 between CTD-ILD group and CTD group(P > 0.05).(3)The results of tumor markers in CTD-ILD group and CTD group were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the serum CEA in CTD-ILD group was higher than that in CTD group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),and there was no significant difference in other tumor markers between the two groups(P > 0.05).(4)CTD ILD group serum KL-6,EGF and VEGF levels were higher than CTD group and HC group, the difference statistically.(5)In CTD-ILD group, the expression levels of serum KL-6,EGF and VEGF were positively correlated with D-dimer,ESR,immunoglobulin and tumor markers, serum EGF levels and CA199 levels were positively correlated(r = 0.345,P = 0.043),no correlation with other laboratory indexes but not with other laboratory indexes(P >0.05).Serum VEGF level was positively correlated with CEA(r = 0.444,P = 0.006),but not with other laboratory indexes(P >0.05).There was no correlation between serum KL-6 and laboratory results(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The combined detection of serum KL-6,EGF and VEGF has important value in the early diagnosis, severity evaluation and prognosis evaluation of connective tissue disease with interstitial lung disease as the first manifestation, and is expected to become a useful biomarker.(2)Connective tissue diseases related to a rise in serum CEA in patients with interstitial lung disease, interstitial lung disease may is one of malignant tumors of danger signals.
