Objective: this study by discussing single phlegm kinds of Chinese traditional medicine qianhu to lai is called interstitial lung disease in rats and the effect of the pathology, oxidative stress, cytokines and other multi-angle observation before the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for hu lai is called interstitial lung disease caused by the mechanism of action research in rats.Methods: this study by the national natural science foundation of phlegm and kind of traditional Chinese medicine more pathways regulating pulmonary fibrosis in the study of oxidation mechanism of radix peucedani part of subjects to choose only SPF 60 healthy male Wistar rats, adaptive 3 d after feeding, randomly divided into 6 groups(each group of 10 only) : blank group(group A), model group(Z), pyrazole ketone group group(Y) and high concentration qianhu group(R group), the concentration qianhu group group(Q), before the low concentration group(P group), hu on the adaptability of feeding, after three days, take endotracheal add lai toxin to interstitial lung disease in the rat model was established, and experimental research on drug lavage, to intervene. Groups of rats were executed in 28 d, chemical fluorescence detection between groups in the rat lung tissue homogenate of SOD, MDA, GSH expression level; ELISA method to detect each group TGF- beta 1 in rat lung tissue, the expression of VEGF and PPAR gamma levels.Results : the experimental results show that the drug therapy group symptoms of interstitial lung disease in rats was improved, its detect each index were improved significantly in the model group.Conclusion: Show that qianhu of interstitial lung disease in rats have the effect of the treatment, the curative effect of some indicators associated with the drug concentration of radix peucedani and its treatment mechanism may be related to correct its oxidation- antioxidant imbalance, improve its airway remodeling, and inhibit the angiogenesis and so on.
