Canine pancreatitis is the most common in dogs in pancreatic diseases.Strictly speaking,Pancreatitis is the inflammation of the pancreas of the digestive gland(ie inflammatory cell infiltration).Canine pancreatitis clinical manifestations vary widely,its clinical symptoms are not specific,prone to missed cases.The incidence of pancreatitis in dogs showed depression,anorexia,vomiting,diarrhea,abdominal pain and shock etc..This article summarized the clinical symptoms,diagnosis methods and treatment methods of clinical cases collected in practice,and provided reference for the diagnosis and treatment of canine pancreatitis.The practice of the collection of cases,the Clinical examination,Blood routine,Biochemical,SNAP? cPLTM canine pancreatitis rapid detection reagent detection confirmed 18 cases of pancreatitis in dogs.Adhere to fasting water,inhibit vomiting,correct the body's water and electrolyte balance,inhibit the secretion of the pancreas,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,to provide energy and nutrition treatment principles.Using Octreotide or Ulinastatin combined with Omeprazole method for treatment,Of the 14 dogs diagnosed with acute pancreatitis,12 of them were discharged after treatment for 3~20 days,1 case of severe dogs by multiple organ failure,hospital treatment for 16 days no significant improvement in the situation,the owner to give up treatment,1 case of mild dog rehabilitation after discharge,the owner of improper care,20 days after the recurrence of the situation is more serious than before,the owner gave up treatment.4 cases of chronic pancreatitis were diagnosed,3 cases were cured after 3~10 days treatment,1 case of suspected pancreatic pus,died on the 10 th day of treatment.The results show that through clinical differential diagnosis,Blood routine,Biochemical,SNAP? cPLTM canine pancreatitis rapid detection reagent detection can diagnose canine pancreatitis.Pancreatitis treatment principles adhere to fasting water,inhibit vomiting,correct the body's water and electrolyte balance,inhibit pancreatic secretion,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,provide energy and nutrition.Use Octreotide acetate or Ulinastatin in combination with omeprazole for treatment,the cure rate was 83.3%.
