Hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases as a common life in the pet disease,people gradually get more attention.With the improvement of small animal disease-related treatment technology,hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases related to surgical techniques have gradually developed.More and more elderly pets or a variety of diseases with stones suffering from surgical treatment of dogs.When the dog suffering from total bile duct stones associated with pancreatitis disease,most of the dogs suffering from liver and kidney problems will occur at the same time,and there will be a chance associated with systemic disease,serious and even lead to death.Therefore,in the course of treatment,through drug and surgical treatment of disease is very important.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cases,we need to systematically check the dogs and determine the location,quantity and size of the stones through the basic clinical examination,blood routine examination,CRP examination,biochemical examination,SNAP cPL examination and B-ultrasound examination,etc.Determine the appropriate treatment.Papers through the analysis of seven clinical cases,through the examination of the condition analysis and the implementation of the corresponding infusion and surgical treatment,can effectively treat the disease.In its diagnosis,imaging studies and SNAP cPL test results of dog disease evaluation is very meaningful.This study summarizes the clinical symptoms of different dogs,treatment methods,a comprehensive evaluation of the common bile duct stones with pancreatitis treatment of the disease and precautions.By comparing the surgical treatment and postoperative care and nursing dogs recover the impact of the future treatment of such diseases provide a strong theoretical basis.
