Canine acute pancreatitis is a digestive system disease in dogs.It refers to the infiltration of inflammatory cells of the pancreas. The pathogenesis is complicated. If sick dogs are treated not timely, there may be multiple complications that threaten the lives of dogs. This article summarizes the clinical symptoms and diagnostic methods of canine acute pancreatitis collected in clinical, and generalizes and analyzes the effects of octreotide acetate, ulinastatin and conventional therapy on canine acute pancreatitis, which in order to provide new ideas for diagnosis and treatment of canine acute pancreatitis and improve the cure rate of acute pancreatitis in dogs. This article analyzes the clinical data of 69 cases of canine acute pancreatitis collected from the hospital and analyzes the impact factors, clinical symptoms and laboratory test results of the disease. After counting and analyzing datum,we found that dogs with a history of gastrointestinal disease and often fed high-fat foods are more likely to induce pancreatitis.Dogs with acute pancreatitis often have vomiting, diarrhea, bloody diarrhoea, abdominal pain, and other symptoms.About half of the sick dogs' laboratory indicators increase, including white blood cells, neutrophils, serum amylase, lipase.liver and kidney function of about half of the sick dogs are abnormal.A sick dog needs to check for pancreatitis when appearing symptoms and changes in the above indicators. The treatment dogs with perfect treatment course were randomly divided into three groups: octreotide acetate group(15 cases),ulinastatin group(15 cases),and blank control group(15 cases). After 0 days,3 days,6 days, and 9 days of treatment, detected relevant blood indexes of each group, and recorded the improvement of the main clinical symptoms and the recovery time of dogs. After treatment of dogs with acute pancreatitis, the days of disappearance of symptoms diet recovery in the three groups of dogs were: ulinastatin group less than octreotide acetate group and octreotide acetate group less than control group, the difference was significant(P <0.05).The total efficacy of the three treatment groups was significantly higher in the ulinastatin group than in the octreotide acetate group and the blank control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect of ulinastatin was significantly better than octreotide acetate in the first five days after treatment, and octreotide acetate was also significantly better than the blank control(P<0.05).Comparing the percentage of positive cases of blood WBC,serum AMYL,and LIPA in three groups of dogs after treatment on the 0d,3d,6d,and 9d,which showed a decreasing trend. After 3 days and 6 days of treatment, the positive ratios of the three groups of indicators were: ulinastatin group less than octreotide acetate group and octreotide acetate group less than blank control group, the difference was significant(P <0.05).After the treatment of the three groups of dogs, the liver indicators recovered well. The recovery of renal indexes in octreotide acetate group and ulinastatin group was significantly better than that in the blank control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups.Clinical diagnosis and treatment effect indicated that the diagnosis of canine acute pancreatitis should be combined with diet, history, symptoms and changes in blood parameters.Octreotide acetate and ulinastatin for the treatment of canine acute pancreatitis can achieve the desired therapeutic effect, and can be used for the treatment of clinical canine acute pancreatitis.Compared to octreotide acetate, ulinastatin shortens the course of treatment and can be used as a preferred treatment for canine acute pancreatitis.
