Canine pancreatitis is a common disease in veterinary clinic.Cases of animal death caused by untimely treatment due to misdiagnosis or other reasons occur every year. Therefore,it is an urgent clinical research topic to explore its diagnosis and treatment program. In this study, retrospective analysis was used to analyze the information of dog cases with pancreatitis in 4 pet hospitals in Baoji.Through screening,40 cases were selected for retrospective study. The basic information, clinical symptoms, diagnostic methods and treatment plans of the cases were analyzed and summarized in order to further understand the occurrence of canine pancreatitis and provide reference for its clinical diagnosis and treatment. In this study, the incidence of canine pancreatitis was mainly concentrated in 2-6years old.The most common breed was Teddy dogs, and most dogs fed mixed diets of human and dog food were obese. Most of the dogs suffered from depression, vomiting and abdominal pain.Severe symptoms such as convulsion, hematochezia, polydipsia and shock were found in a few cases.Nearly half of the dogs with pancreatitis had elevated levels of leukocytes, neutrophils, amylase and lipase. The therapeutic effects of 40 dogs, octreotide and ulinastatin,8 mild dogs and 32moderate dogs were analyzed. After treatment, the therapeutic effects of different degrees of disease were significantly different(H=0.065,P=0.047).The total effective rates of mild dogs were significantly higher than those of moderate dogs, but the difference was not significant(X~2=0.065,P=0.182).The therapeutic effects of the same drugs on different degrees of disease were compared. In 21 cases of octreotide group, there was no significant difference(H=0.203,P=0.132).The total effective rate of mild group was significantly higher than that of moderate group(X~2=0.203,P=0.293).In 9 cases of ulinastatin group, there was no significant difference(H=0.411,P=0.327).The total effective rate showed that the total effective rate of mild group was significantly higher than that of moderate group(X~2=0.0).62,P=0.062.There was no significant difference between octreotide group and ulinastatin group in mild cases(H=0.486,P=0.343).The total effective rate showed that the total effective rate of octreotide group was significantly higher than that of ulinastatin group, with no significant difference(X~2=0.486,P=0.387);there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between octreotide group and ulinastatin group in moderate cases(H=0.189,P=0.144).The total effective rate showed that the total effective rate of octreotide group was significantly higher than that of ulinastatin group, with no significant difference(P>0.05).In summary, the incidence of canine pancreatitis is the highest under mixed feeding. The main age of onset is from 2 to 6 years old, especially in Teddy dogs.Clinically, according to abdominal pain, vomiting, increased white blood cells, increased serum amylase and lipase, comprehensive diagnosis. There is no difference in therapeutic effect between octreotide group and ulinastatin group, but the total treatment rate of octreotide group is higher than that of ulinastatin group.Statine group.
