In recent years,more and more newly-built coal-fired power projects have been required to be implemented intensively,mainly for the fierce development in domestic coal-fired power industry,at the same time,much more features have also been appeared,such as tight delivery date,high-quality supply and so on,these would also be transferred to domestic large-scale manufacturers who provide the equipments and submit higher management requirements.Under the limited circumstances of resources,human-beings,investment,if equipment suppliers not only want to take up more space in the future power market,but also adapt the new styles such as solve pressure in fabrication,accommodate multi-projects implementation in the same period,seeking an effective management method will be more and more essential to confront the present situations which are out of normal,furthermore,we will try great efforts to satisfy the requirements from owners.Based on the binding theory,critical chain management will be the effective method to match the present project implementation.It will optimize the traditional project management and solve the long-term construction problem in using security time reduction;meanwhile,through setting the buffer area to solve the man-made and non-confirmable factors,project buffer will also be used to real-time monitor the schedule.Critical chain method will be recommended in the essay to explain the large-scale power projects,considering the self-born features of the power projects and the critical chain management system,we have submitted 350 MW coal-fired boiler & HP heater fabrication schedule,from progress stability plus operator experience value to judge the elastic coefficient during security time,in further,optimized evaluation system will be confirmed to satisfy multi-power projects implementation in the same phase.Taking three projects as reference,discuss the critical chain effect on the project implementation communication and scientifically setting the resources,as a result,critical chain method used in multi-projects schedule has beenproved to be highly effective.
