With the development of society and economy,the competition among enterprises is getting fiercer and fiercer.In order to seize the opportunity in crisis,all enterprises are committed to using project management as a means of competition.Successful project management consists of three core elements: schedule,cost and quality.The three elements are mutually restraint and mutually reinforcing.Among them,the project schedule management has been the research focus in the field of project management.As the project schedule management method,CPM and PERT have been widely studied and applied in many fields such as engineering construction and software development.However,due to the complexity of projects and the scarcity of resources,traditional project schedule management methods can not meet the needs of modern project management.In 1997,Goldratt proposed the Critical Chain Project Management.The method takes into account the human psychology factors,taking into account the logical constraints and resource constraints between the project processes,and absorbing the uncertainty of the project through the setting of the buffers,has been successfully applied in many fields of project management.Based on CCPM,this paper studies the project schedule of gray critical chain method under the background of BS company project management.Hope to get more effective,more close to the actual situation of the project schedule management approach.This article first analyzes the current situation of project management in BS company and the limitations of the traditional project schedule management method.After that,the research is divided into two parts.The first part,the grey clustering evaluation model based on triangular whitenization weight function,considering the resource shortage,process complexity,process operating flexibility,managers' risk preference and environmental uncertainty five period of uncertainty,construct evaluation index system of uncertainties in construction period and carry out risk assessment of construction period of critical chain projects;The second part,on the basis of the scheduling problems of classic resources constrained projects and the critical chain project scheduling problem,introduced the grey system theory of critical chain project scheduling optimization model,and design the corresponding genetic algorithm to solve gray critical chain project scheduling optimization model.Finally,through the actual case of BS company,the project schedule management of P project is analyzed.First of all,the duration risk assessment of the P project is carried out.Then,on the basis of the grey critical chain project schedule optimization model,the genetic algorithm is used to identify the critical chain under multi-resource constraints.The buffer setting is combined with the duration risk of the project process and the grey degree of the process.The results are more suitable to the actual situation of the project compared with the original schedule obtained by the company's traditional critical path method.And to a certain extent,the project time limit is shortened,and the influence of uncertain factors on the project time is reduced,and it has certain application value.
