Research On Schedule Collaborative Management Of Construction Project Group Of Enterprise A Based On Critical Chain Technology

The collaborative management is a management mode that can effectively integrate human,financial and material resources in multiple projects and realize effective coordination among various information through network information structure.It is an important measure to realize comprehensive utilization of enterprise resources and improve management efficiency and efficiency.For a long time,the projects of construction enterprises are independent and lack of resources and information sharing.With the intensification of competition in the construction industry,enterprises must reduce costs through fine management.Collaborative management within the project group is the inevitable choice to improve enterprise benefits.In this paper,the project group of enterprise A is taken as the research object,and the key chain method is used to solve the collaborative management of project group of enterprise A,so as to maximize the benefits of enterprise in the collaborative management of project group.On the basis of summarizing the research results of collaborative management of project clusters and the key chain method at home and abroad,this paper expounds the concept of project clusters,proposes the conditions for establishing project clusters as research objects,and summarizes the theories of collaborative management and the key chain method.Taking the project management of enterprise A as the research object,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the current collaborative project management of enterprise A,and holds that the main problem is that the target of collaborative project management of enterprise A cannot be effectively realized due to the unreasonable use of limited resources in the project management.According to the main problems of collaborative management of project group of enterprise A,the key chain method is used to analyze the PJ project group composed of three specific projects and formulate the collaborative management scheme.Through the comparison between the key chain method and the traditional method,it is proved that the key chain method,compared with the traditional method,can bring time limit,resource allocation,economic and management benefit proliferation,and achieve a good cooperative management.Through the practical application of project group collaborative management in enterprise a,it is found that the most important problem in the application of the key chain technology in project group collaborative management is to solve the priority of each sub project in the project group,followed by the setting of buffer.In this paper,the priority of each sub-project is calculated on the basis of establishing the hierarchical index.Then the foundation is established for resource allocation sequence after the key chain identification under resource constraint.After the key chain is determined,the buffer zone is established to protect the key chain,so as to improve the efficiency of the cooperative management of enterprises.
