| With the approval of the national railway Mid-long Term Railway Network Plan,railway construction projects have played increasingly important roles in national large-scale infrastructure investment projects.The railway construction has become an important part of national infrastructure construction.It will play an indispensable role in balancing regional economic development and improving people’s living standards in the next few years.But the long period of railway construction is a short board of the development of railway construction.The schedule management is the important factor that restricts project management,and has very important significance for the planning and control of the project schedule.At present,project schedule management theories develop rapidly.However,the extensive application of theories is currently at a bottleneck stage.After all,theories will ultimately be tested in practical applications and improved in actual project practices.The schedule management is the core of the management in railway engineering projects.At present,it is very common that railway projects are behind the schedule and seriously delayed.The rapid development of China’s railway construction has severely affected.This paper studies the schedule management of communication,signal,power and electrification project of Q Railway Bureau to promote overall management levels of railway construction projects.It applies schedule management theories to the schedule management of large-scale railway engineering projects,in order to improve management levels of specific projects and provide reference for schedule management of railway construction projects.First,this paper summarizes the development of domestic and foreign project schedule management,and makes a research and analysis on the related theories and methods.Second,this paper analyzes current situations of schedule management of Ganwu Railway communication,signal,power and electrification project of Q Bureau,and finds out the existing main problems in this project.Then the paper puts forward measures for the improvement of existing problems and of project schedule management by adopting advanced schedule management methods.The paper proposes that Ganwu Railway communication,signal,power and electrification project needs to be improved from two aspects.On one hand,the key chain method should be applied to improve and control the schedule.On the other hand,the new calculation method which is more applicable to actual situation on the site should be used to calculate the buffer area.After that,the implementation of project schedule plans should be controlled and improved continuously.Finally,the paper summarizes the effects of schedule management of Ganwu Railway communication,signal,power and electrification project after the completion of the project,such as shortened construction period and saved costs.At the end of the paper,a summary and future perspective is proposed. |
