The current production mode of China's construction industry is still the traditional extensive form.For various reasons,the construction site has a low degree of mechanization,a large resource consumption,serious environmental pollution,and a long construction period.It has a large impact on the people living around the construction site.The production methods of prefabricated buildings are energy-saving and environmentally friendly.The higher the assembly rate,the higher the degree of mechanization at the construction site,the faster the construction progress,and the relatively higher building quality.It can be seen that the traditional cast-in-place construction method has many shortcomings,so China is vigorously advocating the development of assembly construction production mode,hoping that the two production methods can make up for each other.From a long-term perspective,prefabricated buildings are in line with the sustainable development of China's construction industry.However,at present,the advantages of China's prefabricated construction projects in terms of saving construction time have not been fully reflected.Sometimes the performance of construction projects is far inferior to traditional cast-in-place projects,which has a negative impact on the economic benefits of prefabricated construction projects.Therefore,this paper uses the critical chain project management theory to analyze and study the construction progress management of prefabricated construction projects.In order to make prefabricated construction relatively improve the economic and social benefits in practice,it also promotes the stability and health of China's construction industry.This paper first introduces the theory of assembly building,including the basic concept of assembly building,and then explains the characteristics of assembly construction projects and the theoretical basis of the progress management of assembly projects,introduces the idea of key chain project management into the progress management of assembly-type construction projects,and evaluates the project management of key chain projects.Because construction enterprises are faced with multi-project management,the process of optimizing the progress management of assembly construction projects in multi-project environment is also discussed.Secondly,analyze the process and method of making the key chain schedule of assembly single project,make a preliminary network plan using the PERT method,eliminate the resource conflict in the network plan,identify the key chain of the basic project,and determine the key influencing factors that affect the installation project buffer setting according to the construction characteristics of the assembly construction project.Using the AHP-entropy right method to establish the comprehensive impact weight coefficient of activity based on uncertainty,the project risk preference level coefficient,the activity position weight coefficient and the activity resource tension coefficient are introduced,and the model of assembly project buffer size calculation is constructed,so that the buffer setting is more in line with the actual situation of the assembly project.Insert the key chain of the sink buffer and the project buffer to get a single item in the base key chain.Finally,on the basis of the single project key chain schedule,multi-project key chain scheduling is carried out,the bottleneck resources of multi-projects are identified,parallel projects are arranged according to project priority,the ability to buffer multi-project resources is inserted,the key chain of multi-projects is identified,and the multi-project scheduling plan is obtained based on bottleneck resources.The research results of this paper enrich the progress management system of assembly construction projects,which have certain theoretical guidance and practical value to the practice of construction enterprises and the management of the government.
