Evaluation Of Rural Construction Land Based On GIS And Design Of Partition Mode

With the improvement of rural urbanization level,the increasing of population,the rural construction land non-agriculture speed has been accelerated,the problem is increasingly serious contradiction between human and land,especially in closer from the city suburbs and rapid economic development of villages and towns problem is particularly prominent.Rural land for construction purposes but also as the market,and farmers' will change in the use of the phenomenon,many inefficient use of construction land in rural area.This requires that we must according to the new problems in the current rural land for construction purposes as soon as possible to formulate scientific regulation scheme,to adapt to the new changes in rural areas in China,improving farmers' production and living standard,protect rural ecological environment.In this paper,in combination with the practical situation of our country rural area,with the land reclamation potential forefathers' research,guided by the related theory of rural construction land,the integrated use of analytic hierarchy process(ahp),judging matrix method,the living field potential measurement method and three dimensional space classification,based on the theory of living field potential principle,explore a scientific and reasonable design method of partition and the new rural construction land regulation mode,in order to provide embarks on a new round of land management with GIS technical support,and provide method for the rural construction land renovation project implementation.Taking wuxi city mountain area as the main object of empirical study,on the zoning of rural construction land control,model establishment and analysis and regulation.The results show that the rural construction land regulation can be divided into 5 types of regulation: the class Aarea suitable for using the regulation pattern of ecological migration self-restraint,class B area using the new type of rural industrialization management pattern,class C area adopts the model of the new rural community regulation,class D area adopts the model of cooperative +mutual funds,E class area adopt the ecological development of compression type control mode.Calculated hui mountain villages construction land has regional characteristics:therefore,laptop production,living and ecological index study area difference is the main factors influencing rural land for construction purposes,to establish the index system as the instruction,choose computing in the study area of rural construction land index function,to the selected as the study area partition and partition regulation pattern design,according to the characteristics of regional development,providing scientific reference for political activity.
