With the development of urbanization in China,rural settlements have gradually shown a diversified development pattern.In the development process of rural residential land use,there were often problems such as scattered building layout,excessive land use,increasing number of "hollow villages",and unreasonable land use.Restrict the further development of our country's rural economy.carry out suitability evaluation of the current land use of rural residential areas in my country,and grade the suitability of the results,propose appropriate construction methods and optimizing the layout of the guide,it was conducive to the intensive and economical use of land in our country,and helped to explore the path to the realization of rural revitalization in our country.Based on a comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign related literature on rural residential land use,this thesis took Chaling County,Zhuzhou City,Hunan Province as the research area,and after evaluating the suitability of its rural residential land use,proposed a corresponding land use optimization guidance model.Apply it to all administrative villages.The main conclusions included the following:(1)Using the kernel density estimation method to analyze the spatial density characteristics of rural residential land in Chaling County,it was concluded that the overall distribution of land is a trend of "sparse northern central and southern gathering".In addition,the land distribution of rural residential areas in Chaling County mainly included three types: cluster type,band type and free type.(2)The evaluation results of rural residential land use in 12m*12m grid units were compared with those based on the MCR model.Combined with rural residential land Chaling outward expansion of the rigid constraints affecting factor,after the results were corrected to get the final results of a comprehensive evaluation of suitability.The results were classified into 5 levels: highly suitable area,relatively suitable area,general suitable area,and critical suitable area,unsuitable area,The corresponding areas were 34498.38hm~2,47661.88hm~2,54177.77hm~2,63885.68hm~2,49401.87hm~2,respectively,the proportions were 13.82%,19.09%,21.7%,25.59%,19.79%.(3)Combined with the social,economic,natural resources and other influencing factors of the towns and towns of Chaling County,"central village concentration","town dependency","partial relocation",and "partial relocation" were proposed for the land layout of rural residential areas."Internal rectification" four optimized guidance modes.Among them,Hukou Town was mainlybased on partial relocation mode,supplemented by internal reconstruction mode;The main part of Taokeng Township was mainly relocated;Huotian Town,Yaolu Town and Gaolong Town focus on the central villages;Towns such as Zhitang Town and Huju Town were mainly based on the internal reconstruction model,and the optimized layout of land use supplemented by other models.
