Study On The Problem Of Rural Collective Construction Land Entry Based On Game Theory

At present,our country is in the period of rapid development of urban and rural integration.The contradiction between urban and rural land is becoming more and more prominent.On the one hand,with the rapid growth of China's economy,the accelerated urbanization process,the expansion of the urban area to the rural areas,and the budding development of village and township enterprises,the demand for new construction land is increasing.On the other hand,due to the strict system of rural collective land transfer in China,rural land can be transferred to the market only through complicated land expropriation procedures,which not only leads to the contradiction between the supply and demand of urban and rural land,but also the rights of farmers to gain value of land value.For non-standard underground land circulation frequent,a large number of land assets loss.In the face of the objective fact that the circulation of rural collective construction land is common in various parts of the country,whether the construction land should be the same as the state-owned land and how to regulate the circulation of the rural collective construction land are all the problems to be solved.From the point of view of the game,through studying a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literature and studying in the countryside,this paper first analyzes the historical stages of the circulation of rural collective construction land in our country by using the historical analysis method,and understands the source of the system of rural collective construction land use in our country.At the same time,it uses the whole and part of the whole and part.Through the construction of the three party game model of government,villagers and village collectives and land use enterprises,the benefit function and strategy choice of our government under the different rural land circulation system are studied from the whole situation,and the situation of the rural collective construction land transfer and the existing problems in the W area of some regions are also carried out in the field.Through game analysis,it is concluded that the rural collective construction land entey is imperative.At the end of this paper,the paper draws on the practical experience of the typical mode of rural collective construction land transfer,and puts forward the way to build the national rural collective construction land online trading platform,and on this basis,the rural land confirmation,the resettlement of the landless farmers,and the "land finance" of the government are dependent on the plight of the "land finance".The specific recommendations were put forward to provide references for promoting the rational and orderly circulation of rural collective construction land in China.
