Study On The Optimization Of Rural Residential Area Layout Based On GIS

With the steady and rapid development of China's economy and the progress of urbanization,China's urban construction is facing more and more serious land pressure.At the same time,the phenomenon of hollow villages has also appeared in the rural areas of our country,which leads to a large proportion of construction land still occupied in the rural areas of our country.The implementation of the policy of linking the increase and decrease of urban development construction land with rural construction land and the strategy of "rural revitalization" has made rural areas an important source of urban construction land in China.Due to the scattered distribution of rural residential areas in China without a unified scientific planning and lack of adequate infrastructure,the optimization of rural residential layout has important practical significance.Through scientific planning of rural residential areas,the intensive degree of land use in rural areas can be improved,and the bottom line of cultivated land in China can be protected while urbanization proceeds.This paper takes Jingtai County Zhenglu Town as the research area,with the development and mature application of GIS technology,provides an important tool for planning and analysis of rural settlements,and uses the analysis methods of spatial data analysis,spatial statistical analysis and spatial overlay analysis of GIS technology to study the layout optimization of rural settlements in Jingtai County Zhenglu Town.Establish an optimization system for the layout of rural settlements.Through the analysis of the distribution of rural settlements in Zhenglu Town,and through the spatial analysis of ArcGIS,we can obtain the distribution status and characteristics of rural settlements in the administrative villages of Zhenglu Town.Then,the appropriateness evaluation system of rural settlements in Zhenglu Town is established,and the model of suitability evaluation of rural settlements in Zhenglu Town is established.The use of GIS technology to carry out spatial data analysis of rural settlements in Zhenglu Town,and the quantification and weighting of indicators,as the basis for determining the central village and the transfer of the village.To optimize the layout of rural settlements in Zhenglu Town,this paper is based on the evaluation results of rural settlements in Zhenglu Town as the basis for the selection of central villages,and analyzes the direction of relocation of rural settlements in Zhenglu Town,so as to realize the optimization of the layout of rural settlements in Zhenglu Town.This study uses GIS technology as a tool to study the current distribution characteristics of rural settlements in Zhenglu Town;the suitability evaluation of rural settlements in Zhenglu Town;and the optimization of rural settlements layout in Zhenglu Town,forming a complete and systematic optimization system of rural settlements layout,which provides a reference for quantitative analysis of the optimization of rural settlements layout in other areas.
