Research On The Spatial Layout Strategy Of New Rural Residential Areas In Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan Area Based On The Wind Environment Simulation

With the continuous advancement of the Strategy of Rural Vitalization,the demand for the new rural construction gradually presents.The quality of rural human settlement attracts more attention.Under the guidance of policies,new rural residential area emerged.In the st udy of human settlement,the wind environment research of urban residential area is relatively abundant,while the research of rural residential area is relatively scarce.Research on the wind environment of new rural residential areas and application of n atural ventilation technology can not only improve the living environment and meet the needs of human psychological and physiological health,but also reduce the use of active cooling appliances such as air conditioners,which is in line with the concept o f low-carbon and sustainable development in rural areas.This paper takes the new rural residential areas in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area as the main research object.The CFX software was used to simulate and analyze the outdoor wind environment of the n ew rural residential areas.Explore the relationship among terrain,residential space layout and wind environment.Firstly,the paper introduces the basic situation of the new rural planning and the new rural residential construction in Changzhutan area.I t includes the basic situation of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area,the development orientation and planning and construction mode of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan new rural area,the construction mode,construction scale,topographical site selection,spatial f orm and layout form of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan new rural residential area.Secondly,the paper explains the research and evaluation methods of outdoor wind environment in new rural residential areas.This paper puts forward the necessity of outdoor wind environment optimization in new rural residential areas,analyzes the evaluation index and standard of wind environment,and introduces the application and specific simulation flows of CFX software in wind environment simulation.Then,the factors that affect the outdoor wind environment of Changzhutan new rural residential areas are studied.According to the regional characteristics of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area,the change of terrain is introduced into the study of outdoor wind environment of new rural residential areas,which can be divided into location terrain and residential terrain.The location terrain is to explore the influence of the surrounding topographic conditions on the whole residential area,which is the influence of the external topogr aphic environment.The residential terrain only looks at the residential area itself.To study the relationship between spatial layout and wind environment of new rural residential areas in Changzhutan area,under the flat land and slope land.While researching location terrain,the effects of hills,downland and plain on wind environment were studied.While researching residential terrain,the spatial layout of the new rural residential areas on the flat land and the new rural residential areas on the sloping land are studied respectively.By using orthogonal experiment,the influence of spatial layout factors on wind environment,such as layout form,building orientation,building spacing and height arrangement,is analyzed in the new rural residential are a of flat land.In the new rural residential area of sloping land,the influence of spatial layout factors on wind environment,such as layout form,site slope,height-width ratio along slope,is analyzed.Finally,the paper puts forward the design princip le of spatial layout of new rural residential areas in Changzhutan under the influence of wind environment.Under the guidance of principles,the paper puts forward the strategy of location selection and spatial layout of the new rural residential areas in Changzhutan.Through the application of the strategy to the actual case wind environment optimization,verify the feasibility of the strategy.The main results of this paper are the location strategy of new rural settlements combined with terrain,spatial layout strategy of new rural residential areas under flat land,spatial layout strategy of new rural residential areas under sloping land,and auxiliary design strategy of spatial layout of new rural residential areas,which is under the influence of wind environment in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area.They are expected to provide reference for the construction of new rural residential areas in Changzhutan in the future.
