Development Evaluation Of Rural Settlements In Hilly Area Based On GIS

Xiaolong Township of Huichang County is located in Jiangxi Soviet area,where is rugged and mountainous.The use of land intensification is low.Rural residential land consolidation is an important component of inefficient constructive consolidation.A rural settlements development evaluation system is established based on ecological niche theory.Employ entropy weight-TOPSIS is used to calculate the weight of indicator.The geographical sphere influence of Xiaolong Township rural residential area was divided by Voronoi diagram.Spatial optimize of rural settlements is rearranged by using development extent result.The results shows that the settlements of the low-grade development occupy a large scale,and the township space distribution is random pattern and the village is colonial.Moreover,the development grade of settlements are decreased from the areas that are located near the rivers and the traffic arteries to the areas that are located in the surrounding remote mountains.Based on the above analysis,this paper expounds the realistic characteristics of the distribution of rural settlements.In order to clarify the state,the geographical space of Xiaolong Township is represented by grid form.At the same time,the traffic path is analyzed.The position of central village was initially selected from the angle of space position.Then the results of the development of the rural residential areas were combined.Choose the central village which has the advantage area.The group of southern group,northwest group and northeast group,which are the core of Xiaolong Town,Guilin Village and Gaolan Village are identified.Further,the development forms of rural settlements were classified.Build the the tertiary village system of Xiaolong Township:central village-administrative village-natural village.At the same time,the reality of rural settlement is described in a differentiated way.This paper puts forward some suggestions for the development direction of the various kinds of rural areas and the direction of industrial and agricultural development.Refer to village planning standards,this paper calculates the theoretical intensive potential of the rural settlement in Xiaolong Township.Finally,the research context of this article is combed.The conclusion is drawn from the three aspects of GIS spatial data statistics,the increase and decrease of urban and rural construction land,and the excavation of social ethics characteristics.The shortcomings of the research are pointed out.The future is prospected.
