With the rapid economic development, commercial banks in China go public successively after introducing joint stock system. More regional commercial banks appear. Competition in banking is increasingly fierce. On these occasions, staffs of SPD bank are facing more working stress, which leads to mental and physical exhaustion, band job performances and negative emotions, affecting benefits and long term development of the banks directly and negatively.According to the review of the three-factor theory, the article shows the strategies on environmental factors, organizational factors and personal factors in stress management. Working with the management of the Bank, the article researches and investigates the current situations of working stress of the employees of the bank, providing the basis to further develop stress management strategies. With the practical check in the Bank, the strategies prove to be effective to both the Bank and the staff.The article shows ways to relieve and ease stress of the employees, increasing their sense of happiness and sense of identity, which has certain reference value to HRM in the bank.
