With the refinement of social division of labor and intensified competition,technical pressures,industry competition pressures,and work pressures brought about by reforms in the corporate system have become an important issue faced by people in the workplace.The work pressure of employees is becoming an important application research topic in management and psychology.A large number of research results show that work stress can lead to physiological and psychological problems.As far as banks are concerned,under the flourishing development of financial technology,the banking industry has become more and more fierce in the face of limited market share,with high demands on service quality and market share,as well as industry characteristics such as employees facing the public and industries with low error tolerance.All of these have led to a greater sense of pressure among bank employees,and increased employee pressure has led to brain drain and decline in bank performance.However,there are not many pressure studies on bank employees in the existing pressure studies or stress management studies in China.Bank A Taiyuan Branch,as the largest state-owned commercial bank in Shanxi Province,has rich and efficient human resources management and is the foundation for the bank to maintain a stable operation.Therefore,the tracing of the source of work pressure of the employees of Bank A of Taiyuan Branch willhelp the Bank of Taiyuan to propose a stress management strategy in order to reduce the employees' negative emotions at work and improve their work efficiency.Based on this,this article takes the source of work pressure and pressure management strategies of the employees of Bank A of Taiyuan Branch as the research subjects,and takes the employees of Taiyuan Branch of Bank A as the research object.First,from the three perspectives of domestic,foreign,and banking industries,from the three perspectives of stress,stressors,stress management,and strategic research,a review of important literature on relevant theoretical research and empirical research was conducted.Under the guidance of relevant theories,the concept of pressure sources affecting the employees of banks is defined,and theoretical preparations are made for the proposal of research hypotheses.Secondly,on the basis of considering the industry characteristics,geographical characteristics,and business development status of Bank A,and referring to the employees of the Taiyuan Branch of Bank A and referring to the research data of employees' ideological conditions,we learned that the working pressure of employees at Bank A of Taiyuan Branch And pressure management status.Again,the article uses the data collected from the questionnaire as a data source,describes the distribution sample,and based on the theoretical support,summarizes the theoretical model that meets the pressure of the Taiyuan Branch of Bank A,proposes research hypotheses,and conducts sample data.Descriptiveness,correlation analysis,exploratory factoranalysis,traceability and analysis of the source of work pressure of employees of Bank A Taiyuan Branch,and then use SPSS statistical analysis software to analyze and analyze pressure sources through reliability validity test,regression analysis,etc.A regression model was established to verify the research hypothesis and the conclusion of the paper was obtained.Finally,based on the research conclusions,relevant strategies for the management of the work pressure of the employees of Bank A of Taiyuan Branch were given from the four aspects of “individual management”,“social support”,“work environment”and “organizational support”,and from the aspects of culture,organization,and At the fund and role level,safeguard measures were put forward to promote the effective implementation of the management of the work pressure of employees of the A Bank Taiyuan Branch.In accordance with the above research logic,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,the pressure of Bank A employees is related to their age,academic qualifications,job title,and job time,and has nothing to do with gender.At a specific age,academic qualifications,different positions,and working hours,the pressure on bank employees is different.Second,“individual” and “environment” are the two major sources of pressure for A bank employees' work pressure,specifically,“individual-role competencies pressure”,“individual-occupational characteristics pressure” and“environment-work pressures”,"Environmental-professional development pressure" and stressors have a significant positive impact.This research conducts empirical research and analysis on the factors influencing the work pressure of employees of Bank A of Taiyuan Branch.The findings will help enrich the theoretical connotation of the banking industry in the aspects of employee stress research,human resource management,and corporate management,and provide research on follow-up stress.Some lessons.In addition,this study also proposes specific recommendations for the management of employee work stress for Bank A Taiyuan Branch based on the theory of pressure management strategies.It strengthens employee pressure counseling,promotes employee career development,increases employee happiness index,and enhances the company's core competitiveness has a certain practical guidance.
