With the rise of China’s "the Belt and Road" and the Silk Road Economic Belt,the economic situation in Northwest China has continued to improve.Xinjiang,which is located in the central hinterland of the Silk Road Economic Belt,has also shown a rising trend.A large number of trade transactions have poured into this place,and various private banks have sprung up like mushrooms after a spring rain.In the face of fierce competition and changing financial industry,this has also led to a variety of private bank employees huge pressure.In the face of a series of problems brought about by various technological innovations,industry changing competition and enterprise system reform,employees are also constantly facing new challenges.According to statistics,Kuitun National Village Bank has a problem of high employee turnover rate in recent years.The reason is that the bank has too strict requirements for employees’ skills,too much workload and too high pressure on employees’ performance.Although an appropriate amount of work pressure can motivate employees to work better,promote the improvement of employees’ personal ability and the acquisition of corporate profits,the negative emotion of employees will be killed due to excessive work pressure,which will further reduce their work enthusiasm,easily lead to psychological problems and may threaten the health of employees,leading to brain drain.The decline of bank performance will affect the long-term sustainable development of banks,So the contemporary society pays more and more attention to the problem of how to relieve the working pressure of bank employees.Through questionnaires,personal interviews,literature review and other methods,this thesis expounds the concepts related to the work stress of bank employees,analyzes the current situation and causes of the work stress of bank employees in Kuitun National Village and Town,and finds that organizational and personal factors are the main sources of the stress of bank employees in Kuitun National Village and Town,among which organizational factors involve professional letter sending,organizational structure,work characteristics,etc,Personal factors involve role competence,interpersonal relationship,professional characteristics,self adjustment,etc.According to the cause analysis,the thesis proposes the management countermeasures for the work pressure of employees of Kuitun National Village and Town Bank from two aspects: organizational factors and personal factors,including strengthening the competitiveness of the enterprise,improving career planning management,improving the base system,improving the working conditions of employees,actively exploring employee help plans,and improving personal awareness Strengthen physical and mental health management and improve personal work ability.Put forward safeguard measures from the organizational,institutional and cultural levels.Through the research on the work pressure management of employees of Kuitun National Village bank,the reasons for the excessive pressure of employees of Nanchang National Village bank are sorted out.When putting forward pressure management countermeasures,attention is paid to both organizational and personal aspects,so that the current situation of employees’ work pressure can be more easily understood by the bank,which urges the bank to reduce employees’ negative emotions at work,reasonably arrange employees’ work and improve employees’ work efficiency,Promoting the physical and mental health of employees is of guiding significance for the improvement of the economic benefits of enterprises to a certain extent,so as to achieve a win-win situation for enterprises and individuals.
