So that,the study has more practical.First of all,the article reviewed in the work stress source and performance theory, which lay a solid theory foundation.Second,this study,staff of250as samples,is to investigate the work stress source and performance, based on the research result at home and abroad.The major findings of the study are as follows:(1) work stress source have five factors, respectively for pressure, family and work interpersonal interaction pressure, the pressure of work, role stress and career development stress, work performance pressure have two factors, it is respectively task performance and surrounding performance. Each of these scale has good reliability and validity.(2) Each factor of work stress source and the work performance has a significant negativ correlation.(3)The five factors of work stress source have the differences in the population statistics. Finally, according to the results, the article puts forward countermeasures stress management.
