In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet finance industry,the traditional banking industry is facing increasing pressure on financial products and services innovation,which lead traditional banking companies have to constantly adjust their strategic direction to adapt to the new challenge.As a consequence,those employees from the industry feel the huge working stress while dealing with a growing number of business types,key performance indexes,and more and more high quality of service requirements.Tianshui Branch of Lanzhou Bank is in a period of rapid development.Long-term work pressure has led to a decrease in employee enthusiasm for work,a surge in negative energy,and a low work efficiency,seriously affecting the physical and mental health of employee as well as the sustainable development of the organization.Therefore,stress management of employees is an urgent need for Tianshui Branch of Lanzhou Bank.By implementing a series of interventions that care and help employees to reduce work pressure,the work efficiency of employees is enhanced to promote the healthy development of enterprises.Based on the stress management system design of employees in Tianshui Branch of Lanzhou Bank,this paper first reviews the research on work stress management,summarizes the origins and developments of work stress research,the concept and classification of work stress,the sources and results of work stress,coping strategies of work stress.Secondly,through the quantitative and qualitative analysis of questionnaires and employee interviews,we analyzed the current situation of employee stress in Tianshui Branch of Lanzhou Bank.The data shows that the employees working pressure is high,which seriously affect the physical and mental health.However,the existing employee pressure Management system is far from meeting the demand.Thirdly,according to the actual pressure management limitations and problems,this paper designs the employee stress management system in Tianshui Branch of Lanzhou Bank,including the system design principles,the ideas of system design,the functions of the system,the content of system,the implementation of the system process and so on.Finally,this article tries to ensure the smooth implementation of the employee stress management system in Tianshui Branch of Lanzhou Bank from shaping the caring culture,optimizing the organizational structure,changing the management mode,and strictly implementing the system and perfecting the system flow.
