In recent years,along with the social progress,more and more commercial banks have set up.As the main part of finance,banking business has increasing competition in product research and service innovation,which forcing commercial banks to continuously carry out internal reform,product innovation and upgrading system etc.As a result,bank employees are facing greater pressure in work while their work has already been under high load and fast pace.As an important part of commercial banks,tellers have been directly contacting customers,and they have been under great pressure.A branch of bank H is in the transition period.In order to improve performance through transformation,it has put forward very high requirements on the service level and work performance of tellers.In addition,external supervision and internal control system have become more and more strict.The heavy work pressure makes tellers exhausted both physically and mentally,what has bad effects on their personal performance promotion and position promotion,and also brings various management problems to the manager,and restricts the long-term development of the branch.Therefore,the pressure management of tellers is important for branch A.Taking the tellers in bank A branch of H bank as the research object,this paper analyzes the pressure status of tellers by means of questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview,and expounds the reasons for the high pressure of tellers from three aspects of environmental factors,organizational factors and personal factors.Environmental factors include macro-economy,enterprise strategy and industry competition.Organizational factors include working conditions,career,corporate culture,leadership level,role conflict and ambiguity,assessment and motivation,and interpersonal relationship.Personal factors include physical condition,family relationship,stress perception and work ability.Tellers of A branch are under pressure for a long time.When tellers are confronted with pressure sources and pressure results,they basically rely on their self-regulation to relieve work pressure.Although there are some measures to improve the pressure of tellers,they have little effect.A teller work pressure management system has not formed from the organization level.In view of the current pressure management situation and existing problems faced by A branch,in order to alleviate the pressure of tellers,this paper puts forward pressure management countermeasures from three aspects:environment,organization and individual.In addition,in order to solve the problem of pressure management systematically and build a set of teller pressure management system suitable for A branch,this paper finally puts forward safeguard measures from the organizational,financial and individual levels to promote the smooth implementation of the teller pressure management system of A branch.Through the above research,the conclusion of this paper is:First of all,tellers in branch A have high working pressure,low working enthusiasm and low working efficiency,which not only affect the physical and mental health of tellers,but also affect the operating efficiency of branch A.Relieving the pressure of teller is an important task to be dealt with in branch A.Secondly,through questionnaires,face-to-face interviews and other forms,the work pressure sources of tellers are investigated from the aspects of environmental factors,organizational factors and personal factors.The result showed that organizational factors caused the greatest pressure on tellers,followed by personal factors,and finally environmental factors.Among organizational factors,respondents believed that working conditions,career,assessment and incentive had the greatest impact on them.Finally,in view of the current situation and source of the pressure of the tellers in branch A,in order to relieve the pressure of tellers and solve the problems of enterprise pressure management,this paper puts forward the strategy of working pressure management by applying the theory of pressure management and combining with the actual situation,and builds the pressure management system suitable for the tellers in branch A and the implementation guarantee.
