Research On Work Pressure And Countermeasures For Employees Of K Enterprise In Yunnan Province

Nowadays,the competition between enterprises is essentially the competition of talents.The way that mediate the working pressure of employees and protect one’s physical and mental health is must be considered by every modern enterprise.A prison enterprise refers to an enterprise established by a prison,which provides a place,means and objects of labor for prisoners,with prisoners as the main labor force.With the development of society and the accelerating pace of life,people are facing increasingly fierce competition and the pressure of work is also increasing sharply.Due to the characteristics and tasks of prison work,as well as the organic combination of enterprises and prisons,it naturally determines the particularity and pressure of work in prison enterprises.Due to the difficulty of their work tasks,the mental and psychological pressure suffered by employees of prison enterprises is much higher than that of the ordinary beings.The purpose of this paper is to through literature analysis,interview method,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis methods to make a study of Yunnan province prison K staff work pressure.More will provide the regional materials for yunnan province and even the nationwide,additionally,it may enrich the research of this field,but also help reduce the pressure of prison staff work in yunnan,who are able to work in a more full enthusiasm and efficient work efficiency in the enterprise production,economic management and safeguard social stability.Meanwhile,it can further promote the theoretical reference to the development of prison enterprises.
