Commercial banks play a very important role in the market economy.Because of the wide range of bank-related businesses and low fault tolerance,they have placed high demands on bank practitioners.With the continuous improvement of China's economic system in recent years,China's economy is increasingly open to the world,and its synergy with the global economy is increasing.The macroeconomic environment in which commercial banks are located is also growing.The more complicated it is.In particular,the strategic entry of foreign commercial banks and the rise of domestic new commercial banks and e-commerce banks have made the banking industry increasingly fierce.The increasing variety of banks' business,the increasing assessment indicators,the increasing demand for service quality,the increasingly strict internal auditing and elimination,and the overloaded work intensity have directly led to the increasing pressure on the work of bank workers.Deepen,work efficiency is reduced,the degree of preference and recognition of work,and a sense of belonging to the unit are reduced,which in turn affects the performance of the entire enterprise.Therefore,the work stress management of employees is highly concerned by business managers and researchers.This paper selects the employees of different positions in the C branch of CCB as the survey object,and uses the questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current work pressure and work stress of employees in different positions of C branch,and analyzes according to the survey results.The research results show that the work pressure of C-sub-branch employees of Construction Bank is generally at a high level,and the work pressures of employees in different positions are:teller>account manager>middle-office manager>senior management.The sources of work stress in different positions are similar.Whether it is the frontline teller,account manager or middle and back office managers and senior management,the work itself and the load,competitive pressure and working environment and atmosphere are the main sources of work pressure.The stressors of interpersonal relationship and communication,self-ability and quality are less stressful for employees.Based on the research results,aiming at the current work pressure of C-sub-branch employees in CCB,this paper proposes pressure management strategies from both organizational and individual aspects,thus helping management to effectively manage employee work pressure and help employees respond to work stress and reduce causes.The negative impact of work pressure on the unit and employees,reduce the loss of employees,improve the efficiency and satisfaction of employees,and create more benefits for the unit.
