Management Game (MG) is an international enterprise simulation management project of Carnegie Mellon University in order to carry out the curriculum and the development of MBA better. In the MG environment, a management team composed by several MBA students operates a company for three years (12 simulation periods) in the simulation environment. During the whole operation process, based on the macro and micro environment analysis, a production and operation strategy will be developed, and refined into various business indicators by serious study, so as to objectively reflect the actual operation situation of TIS company.In this MG course, the management team of TIS company is formed by four MBA students. The TIS company in their management is a transnational watch production and sales company. It owns two brand named ITIME and PTIME, which produced by two factories located in different countries. The author was the COO (Operation Director) in the TIS in charge of production operation management in the company. This paper is completed under the management of 4-teammates on the basis of the 2013-2015 process in production practice of TIS company in MG environment.This paper is based on the TIS production practice under MG environment. It’s a comprehensive objective analysis and summary on the strategy formulation, the selection and implementation. Also, it elaborated whole process of the TIS production action strategy during 2013 to 2015. The paper consists six chapters. The first chapter makes a brief introduction to MG course. And the situation of TIS company were introduced, including the company’s history, organizational structure and corporate logo, etc. The second chapter explains the related theories of enterprise strategic management. The third chapter discusses the operation strategy of TIS company selection and formulation process during 2013 to 2015. The fourth chapter focuses on the implementation and evaluation of production and operation strategy of 2013-2015. The fifth chapter introduces the TIS company’s operation strategy planning from 2016-2018. The sixth chapter introduces the experiences and suggestions of the author participating in MG course.
