Management Game is a management training course which is established by U.S.Carnegie Mellon University.This course is welcome by many management colleges and enterprises for education or training in promoting comprehensive abilities of MBA students.Northeastern University participates in this course.Management Game simulation software which provides a framework that simulates a competitive business situation is operated by an interactive computer simulation system.There are five students consists a management team to run the company by making decisions at the end of each seasons which is called period in the game.The outcomes conclud balance sheet,profit sheet,cash flow and market performance sheet.Each company simulates three years' operation equal with twelve periods.The operation contains three phases as preparation,simulation and summarization that begins from April or May ends up to late August.Students play as role of CEO,CFO,CMO1,CMO2 and COO.And there are five board members consisted by teachers and entrepreneurs who are in charge of the operation planing and executing.They give suggestions about operation planing,check the operation reports,estimate the performance of the company.I work as the CEO of WP Coo,.In the course,in charge of formulating and checking the operating strategy.As one of the leadership of the company,I am responsible for the shareholders and the whole operating.I stick to standing on the sustainable development side to formulating the stagy,amending the strategy according to the variation of the environment,aiming to realize the maximize profits.Management capability can be promoted by using the theoris learned in MBA lectures about strategy management,financing management,marketing and manufacturing.Besides,this course can help understanding the decisions and executing the targets made by leadership.this paper applied management tools as PEST,SWOT,Balence Score Cards and so on...
