Production and operation management is a major part of creating enterprise’s value.Improving the effectiveness of production operation is the basic premise of scientific management to promote the enterprise, and it is the way of enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness, particularly in the background of economic globalization.The strategic management of production operations related to the corporate strategy is the key of the long-term development of enterprises.Management Game project creates a realistic simulation of operating a global competitive environment. Punc International Watch Company is a company of the virtual environment. The company’s operation relates to strategic management, financial management, production operations management, marketing management and so on. Punc company produces two products, one product Glory brand, another product Gorgeous brand.This writer, Glory brand products for the Director of operations is responsible for Punc’s Glory Brand’s strategic management of production operation from2009to2011. This article is based on Management Game environment, Punc’s Glory brand written in the strategic management of the actual production operation.The formulation and implementation of production strategy of Glory brand by Punc International Watch Company is based on the operation of the overall development strategy of enterprises and the macro-micro environment. Glory brand strategy for production operations include logistics and supply chain strategy, product development strategy, production strategy for the contents of the three-pronged strategy.The logistics and supply chain strategy of Punc’s Glory brand focus on strengthening inventory management, controlling inventory costs, enhancing transport capacity, regulating the number of containers, reducing the cost of distribution centers to determine the distribution of sub-markets in order of priority.The formulation of R&D strategy of Glory brand is to improve the quality of the brand watches in absolute and relative quality, and compliance with relevant research and development theory thereby enhancing the competitiveness of products. Production strategy is implemented by three aspects of regulation and control to increase the production capacity of Punc company, to provide the barriers of preventing other enterprises, to enhance the core competitiveness of the Punc company.
