MG(Management Game,abbreviated MG)comes from the Course of the company management simulation practice in Northeastern University,it is the Enterprise Business Management Simulation in collaboration with American Carnegie Mellon University.Times(Full name is Times Watch Company Ltd.abbreviated Times)is a simulation company in MG environment.In MG,Times is the fifth company of the fourth competition world(W4F5),its major business is the watch production and sales,and it totally has two high-end and low-end production lines produce Solar Series and Lunar Series product separately.Five people group composed of the management team of the company,are responsible for the general manager,the high-end marketing director(Solar Series),the low-end marketing director(Lunar Series),the production director of operations and chief financial officer.The simulation cycle is the quarter.In the annual management board meeting after one year operation,the functional director report on the implementation of the functions and objectives of the strategy to reach the situation in the form of a formal report,and develop plans and goals for the next year on the basis of the analysis.I worked as the company’s production director in Times under simulation operation environment,responsible for the production operation management of Solar Series and Lunar Series.This paper is written based on the simulation production strategic management in Times from 2015 to 2017.Base on the production strategic management theory frame,first the paper uses the PEST model and five-force model to analysis the macro environment and industry environment of Times,at the same time to do the internal environment analysis of Times,and gets the SWOT matrix;Secondly according to making the clear production strategy goals of Times from 2015 to 2017,we select the overall production strategy and detail production strategies for both Solar Series and Lunar Series products;Thirdly states the production strategy implementation status of 2015,2016 and 2017 separately from plan formulation,measure implementation,implementation effect,strategy implementation evaluation and adjustment status.Finally a conclusion is provided,and research prospects is proposed.
