Management game (Abbreviation MG) is a special education program in Northeast University with the support of Cameron University in US. The environment of MG simulates the nearly real contemporary company competition and provides a good base for business administration education. Different theories of business competition strategies can be applied in MG and let student have a good chance to use their learned knowledge to compete with others.This Dissertation is based the simulation result of Company YAHAO in Year2010-2012and study the strategy evaluation, definition, implementation and necessary procedure of strategy adjustments. Main content will focus on the study of strategy internal and external environments of Company YAHAO based the history company running figures and SWOT analyses on the main business process before the strategy of Company YAHAN will be selected. And the study will also expand on various strategy targets and implementation plans and measures, which will ensure the achievement of the company strategy.The purpose is not only provides the student the knowledge and experience of MG simulation, but also give a practical and useful example of competition strategy definition and implementation to small-middle scaled company. In addition the dissertation can help to have a further understanding of importance of strategy and the main procedure of strategy administration based on current popular strategy theories.
