Management Game is a simulated company training curriculum and designed by Carnegie Mellon University in 1957. This course allows students to put the practice by their learning knowledge. At present, this course has been promoted in the world renowned universities. This curriculum is based on computer and network technology, create a simulated international Multi-National Corporation, which participate in the global competition. Under normal circumstances, the company is consists of 4-5 MBA students to form a simulation management team in the Multi-national Corporation. Each company mainly engaged in two different levels of watches, namely the low-end watch and high-end watch. All of the company will produce the two kinds of watches and sell them to the six designated countries. The six countries are China, USA, Japan. Germany, UK and Mexico. The participants managed the company for three business year and submit a report to the board of director at the end of each managing year as well as hearing the opinions from the board of directors. According to the current operating situation, the board will do the comprehensive evaluation of the management team.HQAP Company is a simulated company based on the curriculum. It is operated by 2011 MBA students. The four students are designated to the senior management team of HQAP. They positioned as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Their working obligation is covered by the company strategy, marketing, production and financial work. The author of this essay is mainly responsible for product management strategic planning and research and development in. HQAP Company.Firstly, the essay does the analysis of internal and external business environment of HQAP company.
