Production safety is the fundamental guarantee for the development of an enterprise.In the current discrete production process,production workers are often required to perform repeatedly standardization operations for a long period of time,which makes the use of part of the body parts frequently,increasing the burden on the workers and causes fatigue damage,leading to a decrease in production efficiency.Mixed assembly production is a widely used discrete production method,which requires multiple products to be assembled in one production cycle.The repeated operation of the production personnel is more complicated,increasing the possibility of fatigue hazards.Therefore,this paper studies the impact of production process safety factors on the optimization results of production scheduling of mixed-line production,and analyzes the safety hazards caused by more repeated and continuous operations in discrete production processes;Factors,based on the relationship between fatigue and working time in the production process,the fatigue-production efficiency model was established,and the effects of low efficiency caused by fatigue on production results such as production line completion time and customer satisfaction were further studied through several cases.The main work of this paper is as follows:?1?Analyze the safety hazards existing in the mixed production process.Firstly,it introduces the related safety hazards in industrial production and puts forward the necessity of considering production safety factors.Then,the safety factor of fatigue is led out,by the characteristics of the work with more repetition and continuous operation in the mixed assembly process.Fatigue factors not only cause damage to the work of the personnel,but also have a greater impact on the efficiency of the work.?2?Study how fatigue factors act on the production process,using the fatigue and work time fatigue-production efficiency model in the existing production process,based on the idle time utility function G1 and the production time utility function G2considering fatigue,combined with mixing The production consists of the smallest production unit,character the relationship between production fatigue and production efficiency in the sequencing problem of mixed assembly line production,and analyze the impact of fatigue on production efficiency.?3?Combine the aforementioned fatigue-production efficiency model with the traditional mixed production scheduling model,consider the fatigue factors in the optimization problem of mixed assembly line production,and study separately the fatigue factors to optimize the completion time and customer satisfaction.The impact of mixed-line production sequencing problem optimizing the target was finally analyzed using the results of the data simulation.
